3. How much is the shipping charge?

Shipping charges are estimated due to your location and the order’s weight. The minimum shipping fee will be $6.99.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us.

All orders ship with Love from New Jersey, Utah & Florida, USA fulfilment centers! 

5. Return policy

At Giftiers your satisfaction as a customer is important to us. Therefore all of our products come with a 30 Day 100% Return Policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, we will replace it or give you a full refund of the purchase price. Contact us at support@giftiers.com, and we will promptly respond to your inquiries. 

Note: Custom items can not be returned due to customer error, however we will do whatever we can to make you happy.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
